Eric Papp has delivered more than 400 hundred professional programs to corporate and private clients. He is the president of Results-Based Seminars LLC. Eric has been featured in the N.Y Times, USA Today, Dallas Morning News, and many other publications. He is the author of “Leadership by Choice” (John Wiley and Sons June 2012)
He was voted in the top 1% of Management trainers in 2010.

About RBS
Results-Based Seminars (RBS) LLC was founded in 2009 by Eric M. Papp. While Eric founded RBS he was working as an independent contractor for the nation’s largest seminar company. During his three year tenure Eric conducted over 300 professional seminars for Leadership, Productivity, Teambuilding and Communication. He was evaluated as one of the top presenters finishing 4th out of 380 trainers and left the seminar company. Since venturing on his own Eric has been a top keynote speaker at many high level associations and done training for several organizations.
