When you don’t reach your goal, what is your typical thought?

I failed. or My actions failed.

For most of us, it’s I failed.

And we don’t realize the hidden impact of connecting failure with our identity.

When we say and think these types of thoughts:

  • I failed
  • I can’t do it
  • It’s no use

It makes it much more difficult for us to get back into taking action or reframing failure.

What if we said and thought, My Actions failed?

Would this allow us to take action at a faster rate?
